Keynsham Orchestra

Welcome to the Keynsham Orchestra website. Yes, Keynsham does has its very own orchestra! We welcome musicians from the Keynsham area, including Bristol and Bath.

Our leader is Andrew Rees, and our musical director & conductor is Frank O'Connor. Sadly however, Frank will be leaving us after the summer concert as he is moving away from the area. He has done much for the orchestra leading us into new areas, as was evidenced by our recent November concert! As well, his presence has led to a welcome growth in orchestra numbers. He will be greatly missed.

We will, therefore, be requiring a new Musical Director to start work with the orchestra commencing in the Autumn term 2012. Details will be placed on the recruitment page shortly. We will invite applications from interested persons with a view to holding auditions after our February 25th concert. Details will follow shortly.
