Keynsham Orchestra

Recruitment

The Keynsham Orchestra is looking for a new conductor from September 2008.

We are a small, friendly, well-established orchestra that meet on Tuesdays (Term Time) in St Dunstan's Church Hall, Keynsham from 7.45 pm to 9.45 pm. We usually perform two concerts per year, one in February/March and the other in Keynsham Memorial Park in July as part of The Keynsham Music Festival. The successful candidate would be required to build on the good progress already made by our previous conductor. A sense of humour essential!

Any interested candidate please phone Martina Rogers on 0117 9445 701 or email clarissa_firebucket@dsl.pipex.com.

Instrumentalists always welcome too!

The orchestra meets for rehearsals at St Dunstan's Church Hall Bristol Hill Keynsham from 7.45 to 9.45pm on Tuesday evenings during school term.

If you play a musical instrument, are interested in joining the orchestra and would like to know more about the orchestra's activities, then why not email Steve Drew or ring him on 0117 985 8269.

We are particularly interested in recruiting violin, viola, cello, bassoon and horn players
